Veg Paneer Masala

A treat for All Vegetarians and those who hates vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

1) Paneer – 10 to 15 nos
2) Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
3) Onion – 1 medium size
4) Ginger/Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
5) Cilantro – 6 or 7 springs
6) Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
7) Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
8) Chicken Masala – 1/4 tsp
9) Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
10) Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
11) Cashew Nuts – 10 nos
12) Oil – 3 tbsp
13) Tomato – 1/2 no
14) Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup
15) Salt – to taste
16) Green Chilly – 2 nos
17) Sesame Seeds – 3 tsp
18) Tomato Ketch up – 1 tsp
19) Vegetable Mix – 1 cup (Can contain Brocoli, CauliFlower, Carrots etc Can choose vegetables as ur wish)

METHOD

1) Heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp of oil.
2) Add the half of the sliced onion into the hot oil,allow it to turn transparent colour.
3) Add the sliced green chillies, ginger garlic paste , grated coconut, cashew nuts, Sesame Seeds, tomato and saute it well for about 2 mins.
4) Add chilly powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, chicken masala and allow it to cook well and a nice aroma comes out.
5) Add more oil if you feel its necessary and add kasoori methi, Cilantro and salt to taste.
6) Add the Cut vegetables to it and fry it till the masala mix up well with the veges. When the above masala is cooked well and starts emitting nice aroma, Grind Vegetable masala mix into a fine paste.
7) Add the rest sliced onions ,when it turns to slight brown colour, add the grounded masala mix .
8) Add the fried paneer into the masala and allow it to cook well with the masala.
9) Stir it for 5 to 6 mins and serve it.

:- Garnish it with Kasoori Methi or with Cilantro or with Crispy Cornflakes. Garnishing is upto your ideas.

:- Serve it along with Rice, Chapathi,Nan etc.
