Egg Omlet

Egg – 2 nos
Shallots – 3 nos
Grated Coconut – 2tbsp
Salt – to taste
Chilly Powder – a pinch
Green Chilly – 2 nos
Garam Masala – a pinch (optional)


1) Beat the egg in a pan.

2) Mix all other Ingredients and stir it well.

3) Pour the mixture into hot greasy thava.

4) When one side is cooked turn it to other side.

5) When both sides are done ,its ready to serve.

Its a very simple recipe ,wont take more than 10 minutes.
